The texture of Elemis is soft and when left at temperatures over 35 degrees it will turn into a liquid oil. But when brought back to a cooler temperature It will come back to being thick but soft like before. There will always be a little perfume on the surface of the balm. It's a bit like separating layers.

*Products delivered will be packed in a bag which when you try to squeeze it It may look like liquid cream. Packing time for distribution must be melted and pour into the jar according to the desired form. When cool and set It will become a thicker balm*
