PEG-30 Dipolyhydroxystearate It is a water-in-oil emulsifier (HLB 5.5) with good performance. with the highlights as follows:

1. Up to 50% of Cyclomethicone can be accommodated in a formula.

2. Able to combine formula at room temperature (by warming PEG-30 Dipolyhydroxystearate is melted and then used to cement the formula. at room temperature)

3. Provide a liquid formula that is not thick, suitable for coordinating formulas that want to emphasize liquidity, such as Body Milk or make-up that requires liquid texture, sunscreen that requires liquid texture.

4. Able to combine in formulas with high ethyl alcohol up to 25%

5. Able to formulate a formulation of glycerin in oil, glycol in oil (does not require water in the formula, only glycerin and oil or glycol and oil).

6. Good resistance to acid, alkali and electrolyte.

*For formulas that are Water in Oil (have both water and oil by using PEG-30 Dipolyhydroxystearate coordinate recipe) suggest more Magnesium Sulfate 1% to improve formula stability reduce the chance of stratification

*Adding a High-HLB emulsifier such as Polysorbate 80 in a small amount of water (0.25-0.5%) before the water-oil bonding. will help the water-oil synchronization easier to do Formulas will coordinate faster. and reduce the spinning power to save energy used in production

Use: It is a binder of water to oil and silicone.

Mixing method: Mix in the oil or silicone, and while blending the oil/silicone, gradually add the water. Continue spinning until well blended.

Usage rate: 0.5-3% (2.5% recommended for most water-in-oil formulations)

Product characteristics: Thick, brown cream with a melting point of about 32-40 degrees.

Solubility: can be dissolved in oil, silicone

Storage: can be stored at room temperature But close the lid of the bottle tightly. and protected from sunlight or heat, the product has a shelf life of at least 2 years
