It is a carbomer that gives high thickness. It is designed to be used to create scurf gel. When rubbed on the skin, it will form clumps.
Can be used in general formulas. Using at a low rate gives a clear gel.
In the case of using to create scurf gel Use high concentration.
Example of a scurf gel formula (when rubbing on skin, balling effect will occur similar to dead-skin removal)
Carbomer Dead-Skin 1-2%
Cetrimonium Chloride (CTAC) 5-6%
Mild Preserved Eco 1% (preservative)
The rest must be 100% water.
Usage: for all kinds of products who want to increase viscosity Increase gel texture (thickening)
Mixing method: mixed in water (water-phase) can withstand pH values in the range of 6-7.
Usage rate: 0.5-2% (depending on desired viscosity, in case of use in scurf gel formula Must use high dosage (1-2%)
