วิตามินบี3 มีฤทธิ์เพิ่มการไหลเวียนของเส้นเลือด จึงสามารถใช้แก้ไขปัญหารอยคล้ำรอบดวงตา เนื่องจากรอยคล้ำรอบดวงตา เกิดจากการคลั่งหรือการไหลเวียนได้น้อยของเลือดในบริเวณนั้น ทำให้เกิดสีคล้ำขึ้นมา

การใช้: สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ลดริ้วรอย whitening ให้ผิวกระจ่าง และช่วยต่อต้านสิว อยู่ในรูปของเจล เซรั่ม โลชั่น หรือ ครีม

วิธีการผสม: ผสมในน้ำ (water-phase) โดยสามารถทนความร้อนได้ แต่ไม่ควรใช้ความร้อนนาน และ pH ที่เหมาะสมอยู่ในช่วง 3-8 (ดีที่สุดที่ 4.0-7.0)

อัตราการใช้: 1-10% (แนะนำ 5%, ชนิด Safe-B3 สามารถใช้ได้สูงสุด 10% โดยไม่ก่อให้เกิดการแพ้หรือระคายเคืองผิว)
